Project CARS 2

Racing game Project CARS 2TM was released on September 22, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. In cooperation with game developer Slightly Mad Studios and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, a real training course of Mercedes-Benz Driving Events was integrated in the game for the first time. This special training area, which actually lies on a frozen lake in Swedish town Sorsele, is now replicated in every detail in Project CARS 2, so players can experience the challenges of the real tracks also virtually. In addition to the training course on a frozen lake, Mercedes-Benz is represented in the game by a total of 13 different cars.

This fusion of game and reality, of real and virtual handling, also comes to the fore in online clips and video features being the central element in a Mercedes-Benz online co-promotion campaign in combination with other social media activities.
